3 out of 5 starsI did not receive this order so I cannot give a rating. I think an employee may have stolen this from my private p.o. box place of business. Considering purchasing again?? Very confused and disappointed, was very much looking forward to displaying this.

Hello, I am very sorry to hear this. As our shop was "on vacation" when we were moving the whole studio, your order was full refunded, I believe. If you wish to purchase again, the shop is opened again and stays open :) We will do maximum effort to deliver the goodies to you. You need to just order again. Looking forward.

5 out of 5 starsAlthough I waited for my 3 coasters (I ordered a pack of 3) for quite some time to be delivered, I am overjoyed to have them and also got one extra as an apology for such a long wait. Great customer service!

I am happy to hear that you like your new wooden energetic grid flower of life coasters! Once more I beg your pardon you had to wait longer than usual, we were moving the whole studio, showroom, workroom and all our well-being. It was rather busy period for us and took longer to get back to the working process than we expected. We have now everything happily under one roof and it is, indeed, a beginning of a new chapter of Kashmir studio. New lamps and accessories catalog soon. Delivery time faster than ever :)
