Payment
All payments must be made through PayPal.

*Please note, you do not need to sign up for a paypal account to make a purchase. When you check out, click the "pay by Paypal" option and you will be forwarded to a secure page, that gives you the option (on the left hand side) to pay using your debit or credit card.

Orders will not be processed and items will not be shipped until receipt of payment.
Shipping
I will ship to the shipping address provided by your Etsy account - please make sure that this is your correct shipping address. I will notify you once your package has been shipped.

Packages are shipped within 7 days of receiving payment. I will send you a confirmation email after your order has been shipped. Items are packaged with care.

Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges are allowed if item is damaged in shipping. The damaged item must be returned to me and a new item will be shipped free of charge. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds or exchanges are also allowed if you are not 100% satisfied with your items up to two weeks after you receive them. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs along with ensuring that items are packed and returned in their original condition. If you are not satisfied with your item(s), please contact me as soon as possible, so that we can resolve the issue quickly!
