Return Policies: ORIGINAL Paintings
Shoa Gallery accepts returns within 7 days of the customer receiving the items. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Repayment will be immediately processed after the item(s) are received in original condition and original packaging.
Return Policies: Canvas Prints
All reproductions are made to order. A replacement will be shipped immediately in case of production problems. Otherwise, within 7 days of receiving the items, the buyer will ship back the undamaged, unaltered artwork in original packaging. A 35% restocking fee will apply, and the rest will be refunded within 7 days of receipt of the returned artwork. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
The vast majority of our return requests are due to incorrect size selection. Please measure your space carefully to avoid any return hassles. The listings show the best way to measure the space for hanging artwork.
