Professional Design Solutions

I'm a professional visual designer with over twelve years of experience in print and web applications. Five years ago, I established my own freelance design business and have been working as an independent designer for the past five years. I've always had a love for all things print and wanted to open an Etsy shop to provide clients templated designs at a truly professional level.

All of my designs are carefully crafted with graphic and typographic styles that are both on trend and visually compelling. My shop includes a wide variety of templated designs—from baby showers and birthday parties, to save-the-dates and wedding suites, there's something here for everyone. Any of these designs can be updated with your party info and customized to suit your event!

Thank you for visiting KateBerryDesign on Etsy. I specialize in a variety of creative services including but not limited to: cards and invitations, stationary, and party printables.

All designs are created by me (Kate Berry) and can be customized to suit any event. Customization and professional design take time, so please note that turnaround time may be affected if your order requires a lot of customization.

If you require a rush job, please contact me and I'll do my absolute best to accomodate your needs.

Whether big or small, every projects receives the same amount of love and attention, as I am someone who takes great pride in what I do. I strive to make each and every customer happy, so be sure to clearly communicate all of your needs and please don't hesitate to contact me at any point throughout the process.

Happy designers have happy clients—I'll do my very best to work with you in the event you need a refund. Please read through the policies below.

For Printed Orders:

There will be minor differences in color due to computer monitors and photography, but I promise to deliver a lovely printed packaged product free from smudges and blemishes.

If you receive an item with a minor problem, I ask that you contact me as soon as possible with an accompanying photo to show the problem(s).

If you are truly unhappy with your order and would like to return it, I will refund the cost of the item ONLY, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs. First class mail is inexpensive and works in most cases. Please let me know if you are sending a return and I will be sure to issue a refund if the item is returned undamaged and complete.

For Digital Orders:

There are no refunds/exchanges on digital files or instant downloads, as they cannot be physically returned. Please be sure to clearly communicate your edits during the three rounds of changes provided with your digital purchase.

If for any reason you need to make additional changes once your file has been "shipped," you may do so at the price of $10 per round.

For Custom Invitations + Stationary:

You will receive a proof via Etsy convo and email for approval and revisions. Please be sure to double-check all spelling, grammar, and information. Please note that I am not responsible for wrong or misspelled information after the file has been approved.

All products are provided in high resolution PDF format, standard for printing purposes. If for any reason another format is required, please send me an email and I will be happy to provide you with another file type.

It is the customer’s responsibility to have the digital files printed so choose your printer wisely! I am not responsible for any errors you have with printing if you have purchased a digital file. I am happy to make recommendations and provide assistance if you're new to the printing process or simply looking for some resources.

Be sure to work closely with your printer and physically check your proof to ensure the color and quality are accurate and meet your expectations. Because there are so many print vendors to choose from, these things can vary printer-to-printer and some shops provide a better end product than others.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders will be eligible for a full refund if the order is cancelled within 8 hours of purchase. Please note that some projects may be started right away, as time allows, so if you need to make a cancellation or change your order, I kindly ask that you do so as soon as possible.
Credit and Debit Cards are accepted forms of payment.

For printed orders:
Please be sure to pay immediately or contact me if you are experiencing problems. If payment has not gone through in 3 days from order, your order will be canceled so the item may be reserved for another customer.

For digital orders:
Please note that design will not begin until your order has been placed, and payment is received. If payment is not received within 7 days of purchase, and I am unable to reach you, your transaction will be canceled.
For Printed Orders:

All items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail to the address on file with the Etsy account—the address that appears as "ship to" at check out. Please be sure this information is up-to-date to avoid any delays in delivery. I am not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address on file with the account.

If you wish to change the shipping address after an order has been placed, please contact me within 24 hours to update the shipping address.

For Digital Orders:

Final digital files will be delivered via the email address on file with your Etsy account. Please be sure to keep this information up-to-date to avoid any delays in delivery.
Additional policies and FAQs

How many rounds of changes are included with my purchase?

Three rounds of revisions are included in the price of a digital listing. If required, additional rounds of changes can be made at $10 per round. Clear communication will keep changes to a minimum—keep this in mind when reviewing your design!

What changes can be made to the design?

Colors and wording can be changed to suit your event, and minor layout adjustments are included at no additional charge. If your invitation requires significant design changes, I will contact you to discuss an additional fee. Please don't hesitate to contact me prior to your purchase with any questions or concerns.

What if I need a different size?

Please contact me if you need a design in a different size. Most size adjustments can be done free of charge, if the format remains the same. If you're looking for the same design in a different format, please reach out to me prior to making your purchase, as this will require a custom quote.

What is your turnaround time?

Customers will receive a proof within 2 to 4 business days. Any required changes will be made within 24 hours of change request.

In a rush?

The "in-a-rush" add-on that may be purchased for invitations needed within 24 hours. Please contact me prior to purchasing this add-on to confirm availability and discuss your needs. Rush jobs are only accepted Monday through Thursday and subject to availability.
