The artist will contact you if there is likely to be a significant delay or if you have placed an order for a custom made item.
Larger framed artwork will be shipped by Royal Special Delivery in the UK (unless otherwise stated in the listing). Mounted artwork will be sent by Royal Mail Signed for (unless otherwise stated) and prints and smaller original pieces will be sent via Royal Mail First Class post.

Should you wish to contact me through via Etsy using my contact tab (for example, to get in touch about a commission enquiry or an order) then I will need some personal information from you in order to send you a reply - your name / etsy username and your email address. To process your order I will need your name, address and possibly username/email address should I need clarification regarding your order - these are used for shipping purposes.
