Welcome to my shop! I sell planner stickers, most of which are made specifically for the Erin Condren Life Planner (vertical layout) though many can also be used in other planners and in scrapbooking.

Almost everything is made to order, and I pack orders in the order in which they are placed.

Accepted payment methods

Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please message me and return your items (at your own shipping expense) within 5 business days of delivery, in the same condition, unused, and in original packaging. Once I have received the returned items, I will either exchange or refund your purchase, minus the cost of shipping.

Any items and packages returned back to you as the seller will be refunded minus the cost of shipping. I will not be responsible if your package is returned to me due to incorrect addresses or names on the package. If this happens and you'd like the package to be mailed out again, it will be your responsibility to pay for shipping again.

If the address you provide is incorrect and your order has already been shipped, it is your responsibility to pay for the order again if you'd like it re-shipped to a new address.

Note that I cannot accept returns on used or customized items.
Payment
I accept credit cards, Paypal and Etsy gift cards as forms of payment.

Coupon codes cannot be applied to past orders or orders that have already been placed.

Once your order has been packaged, it cannot be cancelled.
Shipping
All products are shipped in heavy duty "stay flat" envelopes to ensure your stickers arrive in beautiful condition.

To keep shipping costs low, I ship via Oversized Letter Mail through Canada Post which does not include tracking or delivery confirmation. If you'd like your order faster and/or with tracking, please purchase a shipping upgrade at checkout.

Canada Post's regular shipping estimates (for items shipped without upgrades, and outside of postal strike delays) are as follows:
- Within Toronto: 2 business days
- Within Ontario (outside Toronto): 3 business days
- Within Canada (outside Ontario): 4 business days
- U.S.A.: 4-6 business days
- Everywhere else: 4-7 business days

While delivery dates generally fall within the time frames above, it sometimes takes longer which is outside of my control given the orders are in custody of Canada Post.

Please contact me if you have not received your order within the following time frames:
- Within Canada: 15 business days
- Within U.S.A.: 20 business days
- Everywhere else: 25 business days

If, however, you provided an incorrect shipping address, I am not responsible for your order and will not re-ship free of charge.

The buyer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, tariffs, taxes, additional postage or other charges that may be assessed upon entry to your country by customs.

Coupon Codes: Follow me on Instagram at @katelaurendesign for coupon codes. Coupon codes cannot be combined: only one code can be used per transaction.

Custom Orders: I do not always take custom orders, but when I do, the following applies:
- No customizations on Final Sale products
- No coupon codes or other discounts on custom orders
- Depending on the request, a customization fee may apply

Are there any current coupon codes?

Repeat customers can also receive a discount, both through a Thank You coupon sent to you by email and on the business card enclosed in your order.

Where can I find my tracking number?

To keep shipping costs low, I ship via Oversized Letter Mail through Canada Post which does not include tracking or delivery confirmation. If you'd like a tracking number, please select a shipping upgrade during checkout.

To keep shipping costs low, I ship via Oversized Letter Mail through Canada Post which does not include tracking or delivery confirmation, so I can't see where it currently is. I do, however, offer shipping upgrades if in the future you need a tracking number.

Canada Post's regular shipping estimates can be found in the Shipping section of my Shop Policies (http://etsy.me/2onQKsZ). While delivery dates generally fall within those windows, it sometimes takes longer which is outside of my control given the orders are in custody of Canada Post.

- Within U.S.A.: 18 business days
- Everywhere else: 21 business days

Is it too late to cancel my order?

As I state in my Shop Policies, once your order has been packaged, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact me ASAP if you wish to cancel your order.
