I’m a Fine Arts graduate with a focus on printmaking and painting. My dream home has its own printmaking studio; my reality involves a revolving variety of extra-bedroom-turned-studio due to the Army. As I've moved around the US, I’ve turned towards mediums, like porcelain markers and dishes, that are readily available and portable. I love learning about the cultural and natural differences between states by hanging out in my backyard, visiting local historic sites, and hiking through National and State Parks. The new animals I encounter and the places I visit serve as subject material for my art, creating an ever changing and evolving series of work about the US, the states, and my life. Enjoy looking through my work, you may just recognize something or someplace from your own backyard!
