Love it! I can't wait to give it to my daughter. Thank you so much!
I like to think of myself as a 21st century Neo-Renaissance Woman - my interests stretch far and wide and then some. I first started making items to give as gifts at the age of 6, when my grandmother taught me how to crochet, and I've been creating things in various mediums ever since. I graduated with BSc. degrees in Zoology and Psychology, plus an Art Minor, which I followed with 10 years of working in the field of Environmental Education, so many of my creations are inspired by the natural world. When I'm not ridiculously busy being a wife, mother, and friend, I carve out time to explore the various arts and crafts that inspire me: photography, sewing, collage, painting, etc. Here you will find the results of my journeys. Thanks for stopping by!
Below you will find the dreaded but necessary "fine print" ;) - lots of useful information to help us both get the most out of this interaction. As always, if you have any questions whatsoever, please do not hesitate to contact me!
Are you new to Etsy? If so check out this quick guide regarding checkout procedures: http://www.etsy.com/help_guide_checkout.php
Accepted payment methods
Sending parcels via Canada Post is VERY expensive. To keep shipping costs to a minimum, items are generally small and shipped individually via standard small packet mail via Canada Post, unless otherwise requested in advance. As a result, if you order multiple items, they will likely come in separate packages.
Buyers are responsible for any and all duties, taxes and/or customs charges that may be incurred for crossing borders (provincial or international). I am not responsible for any delays due to customs. Shipping insurance and tracking available by request only and for an additional fee.
If the actual shipping cost is less than you paid (by greater than $2, to cover packaging materials), you will be refunded the difference. If the actual shipping cost is more than you paid for - you win!
NOTE: Buyers in the Calgary, AB area can avoid shipping fees by arranging for either pick-up or (for a small fee) delivery of orders. Convo me for details.
Refunds and Exchanges
If, however, you find a problem with your item that extends beyond this, please do not hesitate to contact with me through convo or email within 14 days of your receiving your order, and we can work out a solution. (If using email, please include your Etsy username and a link to the item you purchased).
Any return or exchange shipping fees are the *sole* responsibility of the buyer. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
