Welcome! Tiny and dainty is what I admire the most, but more often than not, tiny and dainty only comes in silver and gold. My goal is to bring color to the tiny and dainty world and help you brighten up your everyday life.
I accept PayPal and credit cards for all orders! Don't have a paypal account? No problem. Just choose the option 'Paypal' and then find the option 'pay by credit card.'
I also accept Amazon Payments. Contact me if you'd like to pay this way.
Virginia residents will be charged 6% sales tax.
All orders are shipped with care and as quickly as possible. I ship using USPS first class mail. Need it quicker than USPS first class mail? You can upgrade shipping, insurance and/or registered mail for an additional cost. Contact me for details and cost.
International Customers – shipping internationally may cause your package to attract duties and custom fees – these are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to LOVE your purchase! If your order does not meet your expectations in any way, a return or exchange may be done. Please notify us within seven (7) days of receiving your order by e-mailing us at kate [!at] kateandmoose.com.com to share your reason for dissatisfaction and request if you would like a refund (excluding PayPal fees and shipping costs) or if you would like to exchange your item. We will provide an address for you for you to return your original purchase for refund or exchange.
Please note that items must be returned to us in their original condition. Items will not be refunded if we receive them damaged due to poor packaging on your part. It is strongly recommended that returns are sent back with insurance. I will not refund a returned item if it is lost in the mail. Only the price of the item will be refunded, not the original shipping.

I love my products, and I hope you do, too. That said, sometimes I might slip up, and sometimes, errors happen. Things like pricing or merchandise descriptions get mixed up, and then I look bad. While that stinks, what’s most important to me is that you’re happy.
So while I can’t guarantee that all information on the site is always 100% accurate at any given time, if you do notice a mistake, please don’t hesitate to contact me and let me know. Since I can’t guarantee the products for your particular circumstances or purposes, nor the color and very specific size, I can guarantee that I’ll give you the best customer service I can to remedy the situation.
I strive to portray the colors of my jewelry as accurately as possible in natural light. I also name the color of everything as specifically as possible. However, you may not agree that what I consider cobalt to be cobalt. I work real hard to find the most accurate color name for every piece I create and if you disagree, I'll do my best to remedy the situation. All colors will and do vary with individual monitors and are subject to individual opinion. Please take a moment to read descriptions, determine lengths/widths, and approximate sizes.
