I am happy to accept returns if the item you recieve is damaged in any way.

I use paypal for payment because it is easy and provides protection for the buyer and the seller. It is a secure form of payment. If you don't have paypal or don't have a debit/credit card and want to pay by check, just email me/convo me and we can make arrangements.

Beginning February 10th, 2012 ALL CUSTOM ORDERS must be prepaid in full prior to making the custom order.

I ship priority mail, with delivery confirmation for your protection and mine.

I ship internationally but there is no way to track international packages. If you want your package insured or tracked for international delivery it will cost an additional fee that the postal service charges. To track international mail it has to be sent priority, which is expensive. There may be duty fees or taxes due when your package comes through customs. You are responsible for those fees.

I ship to the verified Paypal address given to me when you check out using Paypal. Please always ensure that Paypal has your correct address. If the address on your Etsy and Paypal match and are wrong your item will get shipped to the wrong place and in turn will not reach you. I send my items with delivery confirmation and if the delivery confirmation says the item has been delievered to the address I was given when you check out using Paypal I cannot send a replacement free of charge.

If you have a custom sized tote bag you need and a specific type of fabric you want, I can custom make the bag. Just let me know. Custom orders require prepayment in full.
