Please note that due to the nature of handmade products, any imperfections or flaws are part of the charm. But please be assured that Kate's Handmade Creations have put a great deal of time and effort into the pieces that I create. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact me as soon as possible so I can try and resolve the problem for you.Care Instructions:I advise that all of my items are hand washed gently to avoid any felting or mis-shaping of the yarns used.
Also included on the listing pages, where possible, are the care instruction for the yarns used as given by the manufacturers for information only.

Payment
We accept most credit, debit cards and also PayPal payments. All card payments are made securely through the PayPal, where all payments are dealt with through their secure server, we use PayPal to process our payments because it is safe and secure for our customers. Even though we use PayPal to process credit and debit card payments, you do not need a PayPal account to pay.
Shipping
All items will will be posted via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, so a signature will be required.
I aim to post out all items will be posted out within five days of ordering. When you order a custom piece please allow 1-2 for it to be made and shipped
Overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail/Parcelforce and may be subject be import charges.
Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount and they are the customer`s responsibility. Please contact your local customs office or taxation authority for further information before placing your order.We are not responsible for any items/orders being delayed or withheld by customs in your country.
Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Goods are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

For Christmas deliveries, we recommend that you check our Website for the last date of delivery. We will endeavor to dispatch all items that are in stock within 5 days. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by 24th December.
