I really like this prayer chaplet and the card with prayers
Welcome from Auckland in New Zealand.
Kia ora! Hello from New Zealand. I live and work in Auckland, which is the biggest city in New Zealand. I am lucky to live on a secluded property on the fringes of the city so I have peace and quiet and an abundance of nature's sights and sounds to keep me inspired in my work of creating beautiful beads of praise.
I come from a long line of jewelers and people clever with their hands in all sorts of ways, so I grew up surrounded by wonderful things made by the hands of people I loved. I'm pleased to carry on the tradition of handmade, and I know that every handmade thing carries an essence of its maker in its lines, colors and contours. I love taking a pile of materials and components and turning it all into something else - I hope you find something in my work that you enjoy too, and which could become a spiritual companion on your daily walk.
My sister Deborah shares my workroom, and together we make prayer beads, jewelry and rosaries for many faiths. We both support our families through this full-time work, and love that we can share our love of handcrafted meditation and prayer beads with people all around the world.
Attention to detail is of prime importance to me, and you will find that all my prayer and meditation beads are smooth and comfortable to hold in the hands and are well-made for regular use - by rugged hands as well as children. It gives me so much pleasure to imagine my beads of praise traveling to new homes worldwide - from my hands to yours.
A lot of my customers are far away from me, in countries all around the globe. I know that delivery cost is important with online purchasing, and so offer a discount if you are purchasing two or more items. Enter the discount code DISCOUNT12 when you go through checkout for a 12% discount off your entire order (excluding the shipping cost).**
This Etsy store showcases my Anglican and Christian beads of praise, as well as Recovery Beads, Prayer & Meditation Beads and personal jewelry. Sean, another family member, helps with photography and computer issues. I couldn't resist the opportunity to put up photos of the art dolls I made of us!
You can see Deborah's Catholic rosaries in her Etsy store, One Day's Grace, just follow this link: http://www.etsy.com/shop/onedaysgracenz
** Discount code DISCOUNT12 applies to two or more items purchased at the same time with a combined value over $35.00 and sent in the same parcel. A set of two bracelets listed as a "set" is a single purchase for the purposes of this discount. This discount cannot be used at the same time as any other discount. **

- Other Method
We accept payment by credit card here on Etsy, or by Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use this fast and secure service, and they accept most major credit cards.
New Zealand buyers only can pay by Paypal, or may wish to pay by direct credit to our New Zealand bank account. Please select "other" as your payment option and contact us for bank account details.
International buyers are responsible for all duties and taxes that may be payable in their own countries. These are taxes charged by some countries on some goods imported into the country over a certain threshold in value.
Every country has different regulations and different values for these taxes, which are levied by the Government on the residents of the country. They are not part of shipping costs and are not charged by me, the NZ Government or by Etsy, and (if assessed or payable) are the responsibility of the purchaser to pay in their own country. Please contact me before purchase if you have any queries about these costs, or refer to your own Government's information services, or this website may be helpful to you: http://www.dutycalculator.com/country-guides
Please contact me before purchase if you are unsure what these charges mean for you.

Most packages will arrive at their destination within 5 - 10 business days of dispatch from New Zealand. I use New Zealand Post priority international airmail. Tracking for this service is not available past the border of your country.
To keep shipping & packaging costs low, I use clean recycled packaging materials where possible, including polystyrene packaging peanuts and bubblewrap. Please let me know if you do not wish to receive these recycled products in your packaging.
Delays in shipping can occur. I use an international mail alert service to check for known delays each day, but from time to time there are problems around the world. If you need your purchase in a short time frame, please convo me before purchasing so that I can check with our Post Office in New Zealand what the maximum shipping time could be. For my part, I will send your purchase as soon as possible, often the same day - and after that I have to rely on the service provided by the carrier.

Refunds and Exchanges
If a product is faulty, a full refund or replacement will be made immediately upon the return of the faulty item, and any shipping costs incurred will be reimbursed. If the item is damaged in transit, please keep all wrapping materials as we may require photographs of it in order to make an insurance claim.
If your purchase is not what you imagined it would be once you hold it in your hands we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or store credit upon receipt by us of the item in its original condition and packaging. We are online shoppers too, and know that occasionally a purchase can seem different in your hands than it did on the screen - we are always willing to talk. In most cases if you are returning a purchase for these reasons, we will ask you to cover the cost of the return shipping. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will immediately process a refund, exchange or store credit to the value of your original purchase price.

Am am happy to add a short extension/growth chain at the clasp of any of my bracelets for no extra cost. If that option is not available as a drop-down selection, please leave me a note.
Stretch bracelets and bracelets with a toggle clasp cannot have an extension chain added. If you want an extension chain, you will need to have a spring action lobster clasp which can do up into any link on the chain.
