Welcome to Kati Falk Designs. I hope you like the artwork and will do everything within my power to meet your expectations for service. At any time if you are not satisfied with a purchase please feel free to ship it back to me for a refund of your purchase price. All my items are custom hand made and unique. If I make others patterns I give them credit, if not noted the pattern/design is created by me.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
