RETURNS

I do not accept returns, however I believe in 100% customer satisfaction. Before leaving a bad review, please contact me if you have any problems with your order! Refunds are offered in limited circumstances on a case by case basis. Return items must be shipped within 5 business days of the date you receive it. Please note that shipping charges are non refundable. You will be responsible for shipping charges both ways. Upon returning, please message me the USPS tracking number. A refund will be issued once your purchase has been returned to me and marked "delivered" by the USPS tracking system. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

MORE ON RETURNS

Please do not send anything back to me without notifying me first. Returned items must be unworn in the original condition and in gift box for full refund. I cannot refund any items that have gone missing from your delivery address, but have been marked "delivered" by the USPS tracking system. Personalized/custom made items are not available to be returned. I am not responsible for lost orders or stolen packages. I do not assume any responsibility for any items once they have been given to USPS. I am not responsible for lost orders shipped to an incorrect address. If your package is returned to me because of an incorrect address that was provided, I can ship it again upon postage payment. Make sure your etsy address is correct please!
