Returns and exchanges
If, for any reason, you feel you require a refund, please contact me as soon as possible after your item arrives in the mail. I will handle refunds on a case-by-case basis.

You most likely qualify for a refund if:
- the item you ordered arrived damaged, broken, or destroyed
- the item did not arrive at all
Payment
Many of my listings (even those made to order) are ready to be packed and shipped when you place your order. I will not prepare the item for shipment until your payment is cleared, which may take a few days. After payment is received, you can expect your item to be shipped within three to five days.

If you need to cancel your order, please send me a message as soon as you can so I will know to refund your purchase. If your order is shipped before I receive your cancellation message, you (the buyer) will be responsible for paying for return postage and returning the product undamaged before you are refunded. Please note that returned items that are damaged will NOT be refunded.
Shipping
Your order will ship within three to seven days after Etsy transfers the payment to my bank account. That means it could take up to a week for your order to be sent, although this is the worst-case scenario... for the most part, it only takes a few days after an order has been placed before it's in the mail and on its way to your doorstep!

I ship using flat-rate Priority Mail boxes and envelopes from the USPS, and each package is insured for $50 at no cost to the buyer. Buyers will receive a confirmation email and tracking number after their order has shipped. Packages typically arrive between 1-3 days after their ship dates.

If there is a problem with your order (wrong item, broken/damaged item, etc.), please don't hesitate to contact me! You are probably eligible for a refund.

At the moment I'm only shipping within the US. Sorry!
