Si prega di notare che la maggior parte degli articoli del mio negozio, a causa delle loro dimensioni ridotte/piatte, vengono spediti tramite lettere affrancate (questo mi consente di mantenere la SPEDIZIONE GRATUITA). USPS non offre il tracciamento per questo tipo di posta, quindi Etsy si avvale di una terza parte per tracciare il tuo ordine.

Ciò significa che al momento della spedizione, Etsy indicherà che è disponibile il tracciamento tramite una società chiamata Pitney Bowes (l'unica opzione disponibile per le lettere tramite Etsy per i venditori).

In parole povere, riceverai un "numero di tracciamento" USPS, ma non si tratta di un numero di tracciamento "reale" e potrebbe non aggiornarsi di conseguenza, poiché Etsy non spiega che si tratta in realtà di un numero di "Conferma di Consegna". Ciò significa che gli articoli potrebbero risultare "Pre-Transito" fino al momento in cui vengono effettivamente consegnati alla tua cassetta postale. Questo è semplicemente un modo per Etsy di confermare che gli articoli sono stati spediti e consegnati per garantire il rispetto degli standard di servizio clienti, e NON un modo per fornire un tracciamento accurato (purtroppo).

***TLDR: Questi prodotti potrebbero non avere aggiornamenti di tracciamento accurati/affidabili, ma arriveranno come previsto. Non esitate a contattarci in caso di problemi con la consegna.

Please note that most of my shop items, due to their small/flat nature, are mailed via letters with stamps (this allows me to keep FREE SHIPPING). USPS does not offer tracking for this type of mail, so Etsy utilizes a 3rd party to track your order.

This means that when shipped, Etsy will state that tracking is available through a company called Pitney Bowes (the only option available for letters through Etsy for sellers).

Simply put, you will receive a USPS "tracking number", but this is not a "real" tracking number from USPS and may not update accordingly as Etsy fails to explain that this is actually a "Delivery Confirmation" number. Which means that items may show as "Pre-Transit" up until they are literally delivered to your mailbox. This is simply a way for Etsy to confirm that items have been shipped and delivered to ensure Customer Service Standards are being met, and NOT a way to provide accurate tracking (unfortunately).

***TLDR: These products may not have accurate/reliable tracking updates, but will arrive as intended. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there are any delivery issues.
