License and Copyright
All products are original artwork created by KLM DESIGNS and all rights are reserved. The copyright on this design continues to belong to KLM DESIGNS and the artist after purchase.
• Only the single, original purchaser has the right to use the product. Please do not share DIGITAL products with friends and family.
• KLM Digital Design images are offered only for personal use, they may NOT be used for commercial reproduction without a commercial license. You may sell handmade cards, but not the images or stamps themselves.
• It would be greatly appreciated if you would credit KLMDIGITALDESIGN.COM (with a clickable link) wherever the design is posted.
• Graphics may NOT be altered, added to, and claimed as your own (i.e., used as your avatar, icon or banner image).
• Please retain the copyright signature.
• You may not give or sell DIGITAL designs as a digital file or printed sheet--which includes family, RAKs, swaps or anything related.
• Do not turn this design into rubber/photopolymer stamps.
• You may not use or sell this design in banners, avatars and digital products without my permission.
If I didn't cover any unforeseen circumstances, you must ask prior to acting.

I am thrilled for you to sell the handmade or hand-colored cards that you create with my images, but please remember to abide by the guidelines for not lending, reselling, sharing, copying, or redistributing, etc. the images. Please retain the copyright signature on the art. You may submit the aforementioned cards/craft projects for publication, but please credit KLM Digital Designs.
The images may not be used in any form for commercial reproduction unless given prior approval by KLM Digital Designs and a Commercial License is purchased.

If you do not purchase this license you must credit KLM Digital Designs on any products that you use our designs on.
Standard Commercial Use License
Our Commercial/No Credit License's allow you to use our clip art in up to 25, 50 or Unlimited units of commercial projects, depending on the License you purchase.
Your receipt will serve as your license. This listing does not include any clip art. You'll need to purchase the sets you would like to use separately!

What CAN I use your clipart for?
- Graphic Design (for blogs & websites), Scrapbooking, Invitations, Greeting Cards, Stickers, Teaching Resources, Paint N’ Sip, Craft Classes. Basically, anything you can think of as long as you are not reselling our clipart art AS IS.

- You can use our clipart on pretty much any PHYSICAL projects (examples: planner stickers, invitations, scrapbooking paper, business cards, teaching resources, etc.)

Can I edit or color in your black and white clipart?
- Yes! You can edit the clipart by resizing, cropping, coloring in our black and white clipart and basically anything you would need to edit for your product.

Can I make teaching resources with your clipart?
- Yes

**This Extended License is to be purchased along with a design set, and does not include the price of the designs. Example - 2 products sets - please purchase 2 licenses.**

HOW TO PURCHASE:

1. Select the EXTENDED COMMERCIAL LICENSE listing

2. Please list in the 'Message to Seller' section which product you are purchasing this Extended Commercial License for.

3. Check out and complete payment.

Please keep Etsy Order emails and your Paypal/payment receipt for proof of License. There will be a License receipt available to download with this information on it.

Receipt of purchase confirms right for commercial use!

With the Extended License you may use designs purchased from KLM Designs for:

Produce a certain amount and/or a unlimited units for sale (depending on the license you choose). You cannot, however, resell the product AS it IS, bundled with other similar items, or give it away for free.

Your own design work for hire as long as the purchased design is less than one-third of the total piece.

Printing on merchandise for sale. This includes but is not limited to t-shirts, canvases, stickers, paper and stationery.

Advertising (digital and print), videos and company websites with unlimited impressions, views and/or visits

You MAY NOT:
Discount codes DO NOT APPLY to licenses purchases - you can purchase your things separately with the discount codes, and to buy their licenses in separate order

All designs will still be available for other customers to purchase.
