Gift wrapping and packaging
I do not offer special gift wrapping.
All plants are carefully wrapped, taped and packed to ensure they arrive safely and undamaged
Wrong address
If you have a wrong address on file and your plant ship to the wrong address and tracking shows it was delivered, I am not responsible for package lost in mail.
Sometimes USPS guys hide the box behind a pot/vase or bushes near your door. Also ask a family member or a neighbor to see if they have taken it inside.
Other than that, there is nothing I can do. I will not refund or send replacement unless you chose priority shipping.
Returns, replacements and refunds
I will gladly replace or refund if the plant is damaged during shipping.
Please message me within 3 days after delivery if there is a problem with your plant and send me a picture of it as proof so be eligible for refund or replacement.
Please understand that we cannot accept responsibility for the results of extreme weather, neglect, unforeseeable acts of nature, or ignoring hardiness zone recommendation.
Plants grow and get trimmed all the time and each plant is unique and may vary in size, color, or shape depending on the season.
I do not accept returns.
Combined shipping
I do offer combined shipping; meaning the first item will be charged at full price and a very small fee for 2nd, 3rd, and so on.
Shipping internationally
For some of the plants, I offer international for only few countries. The cost to ship is $55.00 using International Priority Express which is suppose to arrive to you within 7 days.
Shipping to extreme weather areas
If you live in an area where temperatures are hot or too cold, please make sure you or someone is home to take the package indoor so it won't stay out behind the door in the sun or freezing temperatures
Remember these are LIVE plants. Treat them like your pet.
I am not responsible if you killed your plant in the sun behind the door or in freezing temperatures. so before ordering, keep that in mind.
