Kawaii Crafts - Keep Calm and Kawaii On!

I am running Kawaii Crafts, formerly Sailor Moon Crafts, as a way to bring some magical girl power into my life and let's me bring together two of my favorite things - crafting and cuteness.

I come up with all my patterns and designs myself although I am sometimes inspired by other crafters. My origami cards are all patterns I've created from my own inspiration or by seeing other cool origami. The folding is all my own unless otherwise stated.

Welcome to Kawaii Crafts!
I am a Canadian crafter who loves creating kawaii things and Sailor Moon.
I studied visual art at the University of Western Ontario and am currently working at raising one active little boy. I make all my crafts myself or with trusted manufacturers and believe that art and creativity are an important part of life.

Returns and exchanges
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Returns/Refunds: Most items will be made especially for you, therefore all sales are final. All items are sold as is and we will accept no returns or refunds. In the case that the item sent to the buyer is incorrect, we will do an exchange. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and correction will be made upon the return of the incorrect item. We do our best to secure and package all items to avoid damage. We accept no responsibility for damaged incurred after shipping. Every item is handmade and therefore small variations may occur from the pictures shown.
If the craft is faulty, not damage from excessive or rough use, or from not following care instructions, then I am happy to try and work with the buyer.

Shipping and Handling: Buyer agrees to pay shipping and handling fees. I ship from Canada. I do discount shipping on multiple packages when applicable, but please contact first to discuss discount. I ship to Canada and I generally ship within 1-3 days. Payment: Payment must be received in full upon check out, even for preorders.
I do not accept cancellations as materials will be purchased and/or prepared on the item you ordered.

I frown upon reselling a crafters items. I try to price my crafts fairly, if I discover that someone is buying from me for resale, without asking me, I reserve the right to refuse future sales and cancel any sales from that individual.
Feedback: I try my very best to give accurate descriptions, however, I’m not exempt from making humanly mistakes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase because of an error on my part, please contact me to sort out the matter before leaving negative/neutral feedback. =)
