If there's a necklace length you would like to change before you buy, please let me know and I can alter it for you for free. Lengths available are; 15 inches and 18inches, please either let me know in a message during your Paypal payment, or message me on etsy.
Please pay via Paypal within 3 days.
Don't have a Paypal account? No worries! Just click the Paypal button when you go through checkout and look for the link to pay with your credit card.
Orders will be posted to you within 3 working days of receiving your payments.
Please contact me if you have not received your goods after 2 weeks (UK orders), or after 3 weeks (international orders).
Please be aware that if you place an order from outside the UK, the delivery may be subject to import duties resulting from customs inspections when entering your country or state. Please check the rules on importing into your country or state to see if you will be charged. Kawaii Crystals cannot be held responsible for these charges.
Usually, the rules simply state a price limit on international purchases, so if you spend below the specified amount, custom fees will not be charged.
Please make sure that the delivery address you enter whilst paying with Paypal is correct - as the address in your Paypal account is the one I will use. Kawaii Crystals cannot be held responsible for the loss of an order as a result of delivering to an incorrect address.
Refunds and Exchanges
I hope you are happy with your purchase, however if you wish to return your purchase, please do so within 7days (UK orders) or 14 days (international orders).
If you comply with the rules, you may choose to receive a refund or a replacement item of the same value.
I do not refund the original or the return shipping costs unless the reason for the return is due to a mistake on my part i.e. I sent the wrong item, the item was damaged in transit, or the item does not match the description. If you would like to return an item, it would be best to contact me first to see if there is another way to resolve the issue.
You must retain the proof of posting certificate for any returned item.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged in transit. All goods must be returned unworn and in the original packaging.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I have made every effort to display and describe all of my jewellery accurately. The colour of some items may vary slightly from the photographs due to lighting conditions and angles, and minor details may vary slightly between individual pieces.
Please be aware that jewellery contains small parts - so please keep your jewellery out of reach of young children.
An invoice will be sent via Etsy upon your purchase.
