Shipping
I mail packages Via USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on the size of your order. Orders are shipped on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I do not ship on Saturdays.

Refunds and Exchanges
If nails are damaged during shipping please report it to me ASAP within 2 days of receiving package. Please include a picture of the damages so we can resolve the issue. If nails are not reported within 2 days of receiving, replacements or refunds will not be given. I WILL NOT REPLACE OR GIVE REFUNDS FOR NAILS THAT HAS BEEN WORN AND DAMAGED DURING WEAR.
