I currently accept Paypal and Credit card payments. If you would like to use a different method (i.e. well-concealed cash), please contact me before placing an order.
I ship via USPS First Class mail for domestic & international orders.
The current shipping costs are:
- USA: $3 up to 3oz, over 3oz will be $4
- Canada: $7 up to 3oz, over 3oz will be $8
- Everywhere else: $9 up to 3oz, over 3oz will be $12
I will refund any shipping overages over $1.
I can also ship via USPS Priority Mail (comes with tracking number) and also offer local pickup for Big Island customers. Please contact me for before placing an order to make arrangements.
Orders will be shipped within 3 business days of received payment. PLEASE BE SURE TO PROVIDE THE CORRECT ADDRESS! I will mail the order to the EXACT address specified. If there was a mistake in the address I was given, I still have to charge the same shipping rate to re-send the order.
Delivery times will vary by location -- please allow at least 1-2 weeks for delivery to USA/Canada; may take 3+ weeks to other countries due to customs inspection, holiday, etc; which I cannot be held responsible for. If you want faster shipping or are worried about your order getting lost in the mail, please contact me to arrange shipping with tracking/insurance. I cannot give full-refunds unless insurance was purchased.
Also please be aware that I will package your item with the utmost care (boxed, bubble wrapped, in a padded mailer), but it is out of my control how the package is handled once it's mailed off.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to return your item, please contact me promptly after receiving it. I will issue you a refund once I have received the item returned in its ORIGINAL CONDITION (buyer pays return shipping - nonrefundable).
Because of the amount of time and effort I put into making my products unique and individually customized, I cannot do exchanges. The only exception is if I send you the wrong item due to my own fault.
I will package your item with the utmost care (thick bubble wrapped in a padded mailer), but it is out of my control how the package is handled once it's mailed off! I cannot be held responsible for damages incurred during shipping. If you are worried about your order getting to you, please contact me to arrange for purchasing of INSURANCE. Otherwise, I cannot give a full-refund for shipping damages.
I also cannot be held responsible if your case gets damaged from being dropped, or if it cracks from trying to take it off your phone. Please understand it is YOUR responsibility to take care of your case. Please think of it as a functional piece of art -- it is durable but not indestructible! I will gladly make repairs and/or send replacement pieces if need be, but if the case itself is damaged/cracked through wear and tear, I CANNOT give a full-refund or make a new case for free. ♡ Do you take custom orders?
Custom orders are currently closed, sorry for the inconvenience!
♡ Can you reserve a case/item for me?
Yes, I can put ready-to-ship products on reserve for 10 days. After 10 days, I take it off reserve and it is available for sale to anyone. For custom cases, I put them on reserve for 30 days, after which I make it available for sale to anyone at full price. If you're serious and intent on purchasing but might need more time than that, please let me know asap so we can work something out.
♡ Do you make phone cases other than iPhone?
As long as there are hard plastic cases available, I can make cases for any phone model.
♡ Can you re-make a specific item if it's already been sold?
Based upon availability of materials, I might be able to make the item again, or at least something similar. Please also be aware that all my items are handmade, each item is individually hand-crafted, so no two items will be 100% alike!
♡ How do I take care of my decoden item?
I use professional strength glue to attach cabochons and gems, but as with products of this nature; eventual wear and tear will likely cause some pieces to fall off. The best thing you can do is be very careful with your item when handling it or putting it in your purse, keep it away from water, and out of reach from pets & small children!
♡ What if pieces come off my decoden item?
If pieces fall off a silicone-based case, you'll need more silicone to reattach them. 100% silicone is inexpensive and can be bought from hardware stores or Walmart. E6000 glue is inexpensive and the best way to reattach rhinestones, pearls, and cabochons to non silicone-based cases. If you lose any large pieces or lots of rhinestones, etc. and require a replacement, please contact me for replacement options.
