I use the self-serve kiosk at my local post office and put things in the drop box when possible (I avoid the counter). My sleep is a hot mess so I do not have approximate times I will be at the post office, although I can guarantee I will get there after the first pickup so items will typically get scanned in and sent from that PO the next day.
Shipping: the rambling
My old boxes are buried downstairs. I managed to pull some out and stuffed them as far up my nose as possible and I really cannot tell if they smell smokey or just have a "sitting with a bunch of junk" odor. I want to use them where possible because the envelopes are just weird? but I'm really struggling with the decision-making.
I am also not 'above' reusing boxes that have arrived to me either. Reuse, recycle, etc.
What kind of package you get might be a mystery until it shows up.
Could be flat-rate padded envelope, could be white boxes from DA days, could be reused box.
Home Info
Pet-friendly house - the only one to take mind of is the dog (ACD). I keep her out of my space, however dander is totally unavoidable, and tracking her hair into my realm is likely. I will do my best to keep things dog-hair-free. Dander risk exists regardless.
