Do you offer rush shipping?

Order Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed.
Each item is made to order and begins processing shortly after purchase. No changes or cancellations can be made after production begins.

Return and Exchange Policy

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item:
- Contains design errors or incorrect details
- Arrives blurry or low quality
- Is significantly different from the listing description
- Is damaged or defective
- Was sent to the wrong address (our mistake)

What should you do when you receive the wrong / damaged / defective or missing item?

Please message us with the following:
1. Clear photos of the issue (wrong/damaged/defective item)
2. A photo of the shipping label on the package
We will review and provide a solution promptly.

Delivered Not Found

Try the following steps:
1. Recheck your mailbox and delivery area
2. Ask neighbors or building staff if they accepted the package
3. Contact your local post office with the tracking number
4. If still unresolved, message us with confirmation of the above steps and we’ll assist further

Use Etsy's message system and click “Upload images” to send high-resolution photos.

How to order multiple items in one order

1. On the listing, choose the style/option from the drop-down menu
2. Add details in the Personalization box (refer to our example)
3. Select quantity
4. Click “Add to Cart”
5. Repeat for additional items or proceed to checkout

Orders shipping to the following may require additional shipping fees:
APO, AE, FPO, PR, VI, HI, GU, DPO, and AK
