    Returns and exchanges
    I gladly accept returns and exchanges
    Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
    Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
    I don't accept cancellations

    The following items can't be returned or exchanged
    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
    Returns and exchange details
    Please contact me if you have any concerns with your order. I carefully check over & wrap every item I sell & it's important to me that you receive your items whole, as listed & in a timely manner.

    If you want to make a return:

    -Please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your package.

    -Please do not return items prior to contacting me first and receiving your return postage.

    -Please return items in their original condition (as close to) & (if possible) re-wrapped in the original packaging. Refunds will be made as soon as I receive the returned item(s).

    I accept paypal & etsy direct checkout. Package will not be shipped until payment is finalized.

    -I ship USPS 1-3 days after receiving payment (Monday- Friday).

    -All domestic packages will have tracking. Please make sure your address is correct or you will be charged for forwarding by the USPS.

    -Shipping outside USA starts at a flat $10 for small packages under 4oz. This doesn't include tracking. Feel free to convo me if you want a shipping w/ tracking quote.

    -Customers are responsible for customs & duties/ import taxes on their end.

    Colors may vary slightly from product photos. ALL materials are lead-free and nickel-free. As with all hand made items the variations & imperfections in materials make the pieces truly unique.
