I ordered these earrings and watched with anticipation for them to ship. After waiting a couple of weeks, I contacted the shop inquiring on a shipping date. I received a heartfelt response apologizing that my order had been overlooked. No worries, I understand that running a small business is extremely tough. This girl runs a multimillion dollar/month facility. I have the luxury of having many associates including accountants “to pay for it all” nod to Joe Walsh. I received my beautiful transgender earrings right away PLUS included was a absolutely beautiful set of hand painted PRIDE earrings also. I didn’t expect it, didn’t demand compensation for late delivery. Girls and Guys!! I have been in management dealing with the public for over 20 years!! I know excellent customer service!
