KazeeKids' Shop Policies


Welcome to Kazee Kids, where everything is fun and handmade! I design and make everything in shop, unless otherwise credited. My studio is in my home, where I have a cat and a dog. While they do not have direct contact with materials, those with severe allergies should take note.

All items are created lovingly by hand. While no two items will be identical, each will be well made with attention to detail.


I accept Paypal and Major Credit/Debit Cards through Etsy's Direct Checkout. Don't have or want a Paypal account? You can use your credit card without creating an account. E-checks through Paypal are accepted, just be aware it can take a couple of days to clear.

To reduce my paper consumption, I am no longer automatically printing invoices. If you would like one please let me know in the "notes to seller" and I'll be happy to send one with your package.


I ship through USPS. Items sent internationally will have a Customs Tracking number and any items sent Priority mail will have tracking numbers. If paying via Paypal- I ship to your Paypal address! Please make sure it is updated, as it is very difficult to get you your package when it has been shipped to an incorrect location. Any package that returns to me- I will contact you ASAP to get it to the correct address.

I ship USPS Priority , USPS First Class and USPS International First Class. Ready to Ship is mailed 24-48hrs after payment has cleared. Custom Orders will ship within the timeline listed in the posting. A Priority Mail upgrade is available for 5.95 (total shipping cost) for all art kits. I'm happy to provide Expedited Shipping when needed and will contact you for the exact cost.

My shipping fees include handling time and materials.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING- I DO ship Internationally! I will ship pretty much anywhere and can give you a more accurate shipping info with your address. Any customs fees or tarrifs are the customers responsibility.

Refunds and Exchanges

I hope you will be thrilled with your purchase! If for some reason you are not, I encourage you to contact me so that I can determine if there is anything I can to help. Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase if in unwashed and unused condition. You will be issued a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping charges. If there is a problem with construction, you will receive a shipping refund as well. All refunds will be issued after the items are received. To return an item, contact me to let me know the reasons for your return and I will get back to you with the next step.
If you have any questions about color, pattern, size ect, please convo me before purchase. Communication is an important part of collaboration. I want you to love your purchase! Custom listing should be read carefully and any discrepancy should be discussed before purchase as Custom Items are non-refundable.

Reserved listings will be held for one week before being released back into the shop. Need more than a week- please convo me to work something out! :)
