Due to the nature of soaps, I can not accept returns. I may offer replacements or refunds if needed.

Payment

I gladly accept credit card through paypal at time. If need another like check or money order please contact me.If I do not recieve payment in 3 days I have the right to cancel the order. I will contact you a before this will happen.

Shipping

I ship to the address on your paypal account. If you would like me to ship to another address just let me know in the notes to seller not thru paypal notes.

Unless you request insurance on a package I am not responible for anything lost or damaged by our us postal service.

I ship first class and priority mail-depending on the weight of the package. ****Being a mom I ship 2 days a week-unless it is near a holiday then I ship more frequently. Your order will be shipped in 3-5 business days. I am always happy to combine shipping and will refund anything over $1 back to your paypal account.
