Very classy and gorgeous earrings. I only wish I could wear them with everything. These are one of my favorites. Both items I got for a great price.

There is a rush I get from making a picture in my mind come to life in my hands. I put the same high standards and quality of work into everything I do. I truly hope you enjoy wearing or using the items I make as much as I enjoyed making them.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
At this point in time I am using Paypal only as accepted method of payment. And I do charge 6.75% sales tax to sales made in Ohio.
Shipping
For JEWELRY sales in the U.S., I typically ship my items in a bubble envelope using USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation (takes 1-3 days according to the USPS website). Please pay for the item within 3 days or I will re-list and mark you as non-paying. If you would like shipping insurance please let me know ahead of time so I may calculate it.

For NON-JEWELRY sales in the U.S., I ship my items in a box via USPS Parcel Post with delivery confirmation (takes 2-8 days according to the USPS website).

I recently added shipping to EUROPE as an option. I consulted with my post office as to the cost and best method and they advised using a box to better protect the contents and the cost to ship up to a one pound package is $10. If you order several items and the package weight is over one pound, I will need to calculate a more accurate shipping total. If the package is light enough it ships for less than $8.50, I will issue a refund for the difference. If you would like shipping insurance, please let me know ahead of time so I can calculate that. I am unable to do delivery confirmation outisde the U.S. but do have the option of requiring a signature to confirm delivery.
Refunds and Exchanges
If the item is damaged in shipping, please send back to me the same way I sent it out. If a repair is possible, I will repair the item and send it back to you as soon as I can. Unfortunately despite careful packaging the post office still jostles things around. If I am unable to do a repair, then there are one of two options: 1) I will refund your money, or 2) replace it with something agreed upon. A refund will only be issued if I am unable to repair or replace the item. If you feel I have misrepresented the item in any way then please contact me to discuss options.
Additional policies and FAQs
I am open to and look forward to custom orders for jewelry. I also offer the service of repurposing old jewelry. If there is a necklace that is broken or you are bored with it, send it to me with some ideas of what you like, and I will use the materials to make a new bracelet and earring set and add some more beads...for example.
