I’m sorry for any confusion regarding the total shipping cost. Since the original order was placed with standard shipping and you later needed urgent delivery before June 2, I helped arrange an express shipping upgrade through a separate listing so the order could be sent faster. International shipping costs can vary depending on the destination, courier service, currency conversion, and Etsy checkout details. Custom and personalized orders
Yes! Each banner is made to order and can be personalized with names, dates, wording, colors, and your preferred size. For a custom size or design, please message me before purchasing to confirm availability and pricing. A design preview will be sent through Etsy Messages after purchase and before production. Production will begin after you approve the design.
Sizing details
Available sizes vary by design and are listed in both centimeters and inches in each item description and variation menu. Since every banner is individually finished, please allow a slight size variation of approximately ±1–2 cm. If you need a custom size, please message me before ordering with the width and height you need so I can confirm availability and pricing.
Care instructions
These banners are intended for decorative use. For light dust or marks, gently spot-clean with a soft damp cloth and mild soap. Do not bleach, soak, scrub the printed design, machine wash, or tumble dry. Allow the banner to air-dry completely before storing.
To remove wrinkles, use a garment steamer or steam iron on the lowest heat setting from the reverse side of the fabric. Keep the steamer a short distance from the fabric and avoid applying heat or steam directly to the printed design.
Store the banner in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture when not in use.
Processing and delivery times
Our usual processing time is about 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday), including personalization, preview approval, and production. Indonesian public holidays may add time. Shipping time is additional and depends on your destination and selected shipping service.
Please check the processing and delivery estimates on your chosen listing and at checkout before ordering. A delayed preview approval may affect the dispatch date.
Ordering for a specific event date
If your event is approaching, please message us before placing your order with your event date and delivery country.
We’ll check our current production schedule and available shipping options to help you decide whether the timing is suitable. Any additional shipping charges will be explained before you purchase an upgrade.
Tracking and order support
Tracking details will be provided through Etsy after dispatch. If you have a question about a tracking update or your order, please contact us through Etsy Messages.
If your item arrives damaged or differs from your approved preview, send us your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the details and help you with the next steps.
