Customer never contacted me about being dissatisfied prior to leaving their review. Upon messaging them, they said the bracelet became discolored but would not elaborate or send me any photos so I could try to remedy the situation. I sent them buffing cloths and again asked them to send me pictures. They never responded. I've been selling these bracelets for 6+ years (I also own one) and never had a complaint or had them turn colors. Possibly the bracelet plating was damaged by being exposed to chemicals or being scratched.

Custom and personalized orders
Contact us if you don't see exactly what you are looking for! I will do my best to accommodate your needs and create a custom listing just for you!
Gift wrapping and packaging
We offer gift wrapping in the form of an elegant satin gift bag with matching satin draw string. We have many colors and sizes to fit any occasion. Gift bags are $1.00 each.
Custom and personalized orders
Upload your images & graphics to our shop via Etsy messages. You can upload up to 3 images at a time. For best results, images should be at least 600x400 resolution. If we have any issues with an image you submit, we will contact you before proceeding with an order.
In-house Rush & Expedited Orders
Need your item in a hurry or by a certain date? Contact me BEFORE ORDERING and I will tell you if I can expedite your order in-house so you get your items on time. In most cases, there is no extra charge for rush jobs; of course we have the right to charge a rush processing fee depending on the request. All of this would be discussed and agreed upon before you order....there are no surprises here!
Expedited Shipping
All of my listings have the option at checkout for priority &/or expedited shipping. Please keep in mind once an item leaves my hands, I have no control over the postal service. Processing time is in addition to shipping times. All shipping times are an estimate.
Copyright restrictions on submitted images
I cannot copy, print or reproduce any image, logo, graphic, etc... that is copyright protected. If you submit something, you are responsible for finding out and knowing it can be reproduced. If there is any possibility printing your supplied image will be copyright infringement, I will not print it and will cancel the order. Thanks for understanding.
