Packaging
Kela Designs is striving to make our packaging materials more eco-friendly to help our earth! I am phasing out single-use plastics and transitioning to recyclable paper and cardboard to package your orders.
Buying larger quantities
If you are interested in buying more quantities of a greeting card than what appears available, please send me a message! I'd be happy to help you with a custom amount.
Custom and personalized orders
I do not gift wrap single cards, but I can gift wrap card sets. You may indicate you'd like a card set gift wrapped in checkout!
Tracking your order
All US domestic orders for certain items include tracking. Please note that USPS often takes 1-3 days to update the tracking after orders go to the post office.
Click the link with the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email or your order on the Etsy website to track your order.
Once orders are dropped at the post office, they are unfortunately out of our hands. We are provided with the same tracking information you are and we are not responsible for items lost by mail carriers.
If you have not received your order 2 weeks after its ship date, please contact USPS to check on the status of your package. Please let us know if they are unable to locate your package.
