"FromShab2 Chic", you are agreeing to ALL my SHOP POLICIES. Every piece has been handmade, upcylced or repurposed. Each piece is unique and created to be a "one-of-a-kind" piece and cannot be duplicated.
If you need me to custom color an item for you, please convo me a message. Just because I may not have an item listed in your color, does not mean I cannot make it for you. Many of our items are Custom made to order.
Because of various sources, some of my items are one-of-a kind and I may be unable to obtain more (no 2 pieces are ever alike), so let me suggest that if you like it.....you might want to GRAB IT!!!. It might be gone the next time you visit my shop.

I try to keep the shipping costs as low as possible, most items will ship via USPS. I also use FedEx Ground on rare occasion if buyer requests this and they pay the extra charge to send via FedEx Ground.
Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible for items stolen, broken, damaged, or lost in the mail (This applies to US and International Shipping). I make special effort to securely pack and label all items so they can arrive safely and meet the post office and UPS packing requirements. Refunds and Exchanges
WE DO NOT REFUND if your item is DAMAGED in TRANSIT----- buy INSURANCE. WE DO NOT REFUND if your address is incorrect. IF YOU DO NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE (which is an additional charge that will be invoiced to you and then your package will be insured). IF YOU DO NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE, THEN YOUR ITEM(S) IS NOT COVERED.
We package our items very well and we claim no responsibility when they are DAMAGED. WE DO NOT REFUND if your item is lost in transit. WE DO NOT REFUND custom orders.
I HAVE NO CONTROL how packages are handled after they leave my shop. Therefore if you have not purchased insurance on your item(s) and you receive it damaged, I CAN NOT REPLACE OR REFUND your money.

We will accept returns within 14 days of purchase, but buyer must pay return shipping. Full purchase price will be credited minus shipping and handling.
Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of arrival. I package my items very carefully. Once in a while during shipping the shipper does not treat the package in a careful manner, and somehow manage to damage the item in transit. If you receive an item and it is damaged please take a PHOTO OF THE BOX, and ITEM so I may create a claim to the shipper. (If you have purchased Insurance)
I will replace the exact item for you unless the item has been discontinued.
Please make sure you are comfortable with your item(s) prior to purchasing.
If you receive an items and there is a manufacture defect that we made, we will exchange that item. Please let me know if there is a problem within 7 days from time package ships. FromShab2Chic will not be responsible for damaged, broken, lost or stolen items due to post office. To receive compensation from the post office insurance will need to be bought by the purchaser. Prior to purchasing an item that you wish to insure, please contact me and I will make the cost adjustment to shipping.

Distressed and Vintage items will naturally have signs of wear in some cases visible flaws. This is why Shabby Chic is so wonderful, you have the vintage feel with every piece you purchase. If you have any questions, I am very responsive and will gladly answer them promptly.
We do our best to describe the item as accurately as possible however, it is important that you contact me with any questions concerning an item before you purchase that piece.
My items are handpainted and individually sanded, therefore there will be variations in the distressing. Cast iron pieces are just that METAL they will vary sometimes in marks and edges. Each piece is unique in its own way....no 2 are alike!!!!
Remember, I do CUSTOM ORDERS!!!!!!
Any orders cancelled after order has been completed will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
