Kelsey Joy Creative sells party goods and wedding stationery, including Save the Dates, invitations, programs, menus and more. We specialize in the details that turn an ordinary table into an inviting place for guests to eat. Bar tops become places for conversation with custom napkins, stirrers, coasters and more.
Our office hours are Monday - Friday 9:30 am - 5:00 pm. While we try to reply to messages as soon as possible please allow up to 24 hours for a message to be returned. Thanks so much for visiting our shop!

1 out of 5 starsThe seller provides very poor customer service and does not fulfil orders. My order was cancelled at the last minute without prior warning. Sadly, no explanation was given. If you are planning a big event (like a wedding), I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I had no choice but to cancel your order and refund because your package has been in MIA for over 9 days now showing as "in transit" with zero movement and UPS can't seem to provide any help or guidance on getting the package moving or what the hold up even is. You are located overseas and there isn't enough time to reprint and get these shipped internationally for you. The last thing we want to do is cancel an order but we are unfortunately at the mercy of UPS and their help with the situation. I am very disappointed as well because I am out significant product costs and international shipping so the very last thing we would want to do is cancel and refund an order. We aren't UPS and can't give a reason as to what is going on with the location of your package - only UPS can answer that and be responsible.

What are you shop hours?
We are available Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM - weekends are spent with our families so if you don't hear from us - you will on Monday! Emails can take up to 24 hours to return. Thanks!
I already have a business logo or wedding monogram-can you print it?
Yes we can! We love custom projects! There are some requirements for certain printing processes but yes we can take your art and print it on our products. Napkins, drink stirs, cups, plates, packaging just to name a few! Let us know what you are thinking!
Custom and personalized orders
Yes we do! Please plan on 4-6 weeks to allow for proofing, production and extra shipping time.
