5 out of 5 starsOrdered this for my mom for Mother's Day. Absolutely beautiful vase and the seller was amazing to work with! Although the seller had packed the product well and clearly marked it with Fragile stickers, the box was really damaged when it was delivered to my mom. Without even knowing how the product inside was, the seller was willing to replace it if it was damaged, even though it wasn't their fault if any damage had occurred. Luckily the product was not damaged at all but the willingness to address a potential problem was greatly appreciated. They even sent 2 matching votive candle holders for as a part of a Mother's Day promotion!
