For the love of Hand Made (or KendollMade)

For as long as I can remember I have had a passion for crafting. I come from a long line of crafters and am proud to keep the tradition going. It all started in my grandmas sewing room. She would give me her scrap fabric and I would make anything you could think of for my Barbie dolls! Clothes, accessories, décor, you name it I would make it. As I got older I started to make things for other people. I would make bibs, dresses, and baby items for family and friends that would announce they were pregnant or magnetic frames, gifts, and tags for homemade items on birthdays or Christmas. I met my husband (Chad Kendoll) in 2007, fell in love with him and his 2 boys (Dillion and Devin), and married him in 2009. I loved (and still love) to make things with and for him and the boys. As I was making items for family and friends I would hear, “these are adorable, you should try and sell them”. So in 2012 KendollMade was born. It was started with bibs, burp cloths, and magnetic frames. In 2014 we were graced with an addition to our family, our baby boy (Danner) was born. I found my passion for crafting grew even more when I was pregnant with him. My ideas shifted and were geared toward celebrating and decorating for his baby shower. I had all these ideas going on in my head and came up with a baby one piece gift tag attached to a loofah reading "From my shower to yours! Kendoll Shower 2014”. I placed the loofah on top of the thank you bag with the gift tag hanging out and that is how the onesie gift tags were born. From there I created items that I wanted to use personally for me. From invitations, to thank you tags, to home décor. I love it all! I post them in my store and love seeing the joy that each item brings to others! Payment
Payment should be made at the same time as placing the order. If payment is not received within 48 hours of purchase I will try to contact you and request payment. If payment is still not made and there is no reply after I contact you, your purchase will be canceled and the product will be relisted.
Shipping
Once payment has gone through I will ship out the item via USPS. Please allow 3-5 business days for standard shipping in the US and 1-3 business days for priority in the US. International is 7-21 business days for standard and 7-10 for priority.

I am not liable for any lost or damaged items.
Refunds and Exchanges
My hope is that you are always happy with your purchase so if you’re not happy I would like to do whatever I can to change that. Here are my returns, exchanges, and refund polices.

Returns:
If you are not happy with your purchase you can return it (shipping to be provided by you and postmarked within 30 days of purchase). As soon as I receive it I will issue you a full refund (as long as the item has not been lost or damaged).

Exchanges:
If you are not happy with your purchase you can return it (shipping to be provided by you and postmarked within 30 days of purchase). As soon as I receive a tracking number from you that it is on its way back to me I will ship out your exchange. Standard shipping is 3-5 business days once shipped and is no extra cost to you. If you need it overnight (1-2 business days) or priority (1-3 business days) that cost will need to be paid by you before I can ship it out.

Refunds:
If you do not want to ship back the item I currently cannot provide a refund or exchange.

Personalized items:
Anything that is personalized I currently cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on. I can work with you to create a new personalized item but please be advised it will cost extra.

How long will it take to get my order?

Total turn around time can take up to 2 weeks to get to you (if you are within the United States). It can take less time if you upgrade your shipping to priority and can take even less time if you add "Rush My Order".

Here is the process: It is currently taking 1-3 business days to get a proof to you. Once you approve the proof it is then taking another 3-5 business days to finish the order and get it in the mail. Once shipped (in the U.S.) standard shipping can take 3-5 business days or you can upgrade to priority which can take 2-3 business days to get to you.

Can I change the text? font? ect

Yes!

I can change just about anything so please add that in your notes or convo me.

There are only a few things that cost extra like a larger size or colored text but other custom options currently do not cost extra.
