5 out of 5 starsCouldn’t be happier with my purchase!! I’m getting a new vehicle in the spring and this is the first thing that will be going on my back glass! It’s a great size and the color changing tones are amazing!! The shepherd silhouette looks just like my baby girl and communication with the seller was A+. Will be buying from this shop again.

5 out of 5 starsThe quality and fabrication of this adorable bandana surpassed all expectations! It was the perfect accompaniment to our twin grandbabies’ Thing 1 and Thing 2 Birthday Party — the Thing 3 bandana for their Rhodesian Ridgeback. The seller was very responsive and accommodating in every way, including making a tight time frame for delivery. So much appreciated!

5 out of 5 starsThis was a gift for a family member who loves hiking with her pup. There were several options for color, breed and even the position/facing of the dog. Super cute and great quality.

An Army Wife who has a love for dogs and helping others while trying to support my family.
I started this home business as a way to be able to support my family as we venture through life with the Army. Being an Army wife and having children, it was very hard to keep a constant 9-5 job outside the home. I had to give up my career to support that of my husband. I have always had a love of working, creating, using my hands, and doing things for others. Dogs have always been a huge passion in my life and my love for them sparked my interest in creating custom dog accessories after raising 4 dogs for the Guide Dog Foundation. After marrying my husband and entering into the Army world, I had to give up my career as an art educator to become a stay at home mom. I hated the idea of just cooking and cleaning all day, and really wanted to make a difference for others in some way. That is when I started making my very first custom leash holders which then led to making all sorts of dog accessories. Because of my love for helping others and supporting dogs in need, every few months I partner with an animal shelter to raise funds for their animals as well as donate special 'adopt me' bandanas, bow ties, and collar flowers for them to use with their animals in hopes of helping them find their forever home. I appreciate and truly cherish all of your support, love, feedback, loyalty, and purchases to make it possible for me to be able to help support my family in some small way while still being able to utilize my love for art, making, and helping others.

Size Recommendations for Dog Bandanas
If you are having trouble deciding on what size would work best for your pup I would be happy to help you decide. Send me an e-mail to info@kensiearnolddesigns.com with your dog's breed, weight, neck size, and a photo. All of these details will allow me to make the best recommendation based off of past sales with similar dogs.
Can I send you fabric?
I have had several people reach out to me to see if they could send me their personal fabric selections and create a dog accessory from them. I would be delighted to do this for you. Simply reach out to me via e-mail (info@kensiearnolddesigns.com) or Etsy for shipping info. I also offer a discount on any orders that send their own fabric.
How long will it take to process and ship my order?
I always have multiple orders I am working on simultaneously, all of which vary in degree of time and difficulty. I take great pride in handmaking every single item with attention to detail. I am also a mother of 2 toddlers, and so I am working on orders off and on throughout the day.For these reasons, processing and shipping varies. Currently our turn around time is 2-4 weeks with the volume of orders that come in each week. If I am running behind I will always reach out to you via e-mail. Holidays, sales, and re-openings expect at least 1 week delay longer.
Can I return/exchange my purchase?
All Orders are NOT refundable as everything we make is so custom per individual dog and are made to order and unique to each customer. If you are unhappy with the item, or want to exchange it for a different size, etc. you may exchange the item within 14 days of receiving your order for 1/2 the original price plus shipping costs.
