I have been painting and creating for as long as I can remember. I grew up in Louisville, KY and was surrounded by the wonderful community of artists there. I started refining my skills in high school and seriously considered art school, but self doubt and a free spirit took me in another direction. For years, I all but quit painting, but in 2012, my husband and I moved to Buffalo, NY. As we adventured in the Great White North, my sense of adventure bled into my art. I started painting again with fervor and in an entirely new direction. I began pushing myself and exploring abstract painting.

There is nothing like the feel of a wooden brush in my hand and the smell of mineral spirits in the air. I hope to share that magic with you.
