I am happy to have you here, and hopefully you will enjoy my products as much as I enjoy making them!
I will do everything in my powers to keep you happy with the quality of the items as well as the customer service.
Before you fill your order, please read our shop policies below.
Currently K-E-R-A Softwear accepts PayPal only.
Please send payment within a week, and once I have received the payment, your item will normally ship within 3 business days (Mon-Fri). Please also check my Shop Announcement text for up-to-date information on possible delays due to my travels, leaves etc.

I will use your address on your Etsy profile to ship, unless you inform me that you would like the item to be sent to a different location.
I ship my items worldwide.
I do not add tracking or insurance by default. If you would like either, they will be provided at additional cost.
International customs fees must be paid by the buyer. Please make sure you are familiar with your country's customs regulations.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will happily accept returns for a full refund, provided the item is not as described and as long as the item is returned as sent.
Returns accepted within: 7 days
Refund given as: money back
