We are strictly adhere to the following policies:

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot resell custom made jewelry to another party.

Any correction to or cancellation of your order must be requested within 24 hours of purchase in order to not incur any additional production charge or cancellation fee

After 24 hours any corrections to your will require an additional 40% fee before the work is completed and any cancellation will result in a 40% restocking fee being withheld from your final refund
Shipping
All packages are shipped from within the USA.

Personalized orders have a production time of ten to fifteen business unless the listing description states otherwise.

Our regular shipping method is via USPS First Class Mail or First Class International Mail unless the listing description states otherwise.

Expedite RUSH production is available for an additional fee if your situation requires.

Please contact us before purchasing regarding your specific time frame so that we may recommend the best option for you given your needs and location.

All packages are considered to be successfully delivered when verified through the USPS tracking system. If you have not received your package and tracking information shows that the item has been delivered please contact us immediately so that we may point you in the right direction concerning the whereabouts of your package.

Please verify the shipping address in your Etsy account before ordering. Any packages that are lost or returned to us by the USPS due to a outdated, incorrect or insufficient address will be at the loss of the customer. We can reship your package to you if it is returned to us by USPS but it will be at your expense.

Postal insurance as well as signature confirmation service is optional at the buyers expense. Please contact us before ordering if you would like to purchase these services.

ATTENTION ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
The respective Customs Departments of each country charge their own import/duty fees when your package is delivered to you. These fees are not collected by us nor do we receive these fees. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with your country's fee schedule before placing an order. Information is readily available online. You will be held to our stated refund policy in the event that you reject receipt of your package due to your reluctance to pay these fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
We are strictly adhere to the following refund policies:

In the event you receive a damaged piece of jewelry or a piece of jewelry with an error, please notify us immediately via email and we will repair or replace the damaged item.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot resell custom made jewelry to another party. Please note that on all returns of personalized items there will be a 40% restocking fee withheld from your final refund as well as a forfeiture of the original shipping cost. The cost to ship the item back to us will be at customer expense. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way. Items that have been worn and damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned. After we receive your package our Quality Assurance Department will verify the condition & authenticity of the returned item(s).

All returns must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping the item back to us. Any merchandise returned to us without an RMA will be sent back to you at your expense.

If you received a free gift with your order, you must also return the free gift or you will be charged the purchase price of the free gift. This charge will be deducted from the credit applied to your account.

Keti Sorely Designs reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notifications of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding this or any of our other policies, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Additional policies and FAQs
We guarantee our items to be free of defects for up to thirty days from confirmed delivery of your order. We will gladly repair or replace the item at no charge to you. Please contact immediately via email to report any issues.

Items over thirty days are subject to a repair fee depending on the nature of the repair. Please contact us via email and we will be quote you a repair cost.

Payments for repairs are done by check or money order made payable to "Keti Sorely, Inc."

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order (USA)?

The production time for each design is listed in the description of the individual listings, but in general, most designs have a production time of two to three weeks. Standard USPS First Class shipping within the USA can take up to a week after that, depending on your location. We ship from the Metro NY area. Priority Mail and Express Mail shipping upgrades are available at checkout, which will cut delivery time down to one to three business days. This does not affect production time, just transit time.

Please see our shop announcement for important production time announcements around major holiday seasons. Due to higher volume at these times, production and delivery times may take longer.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order (International)

Production time for International customers is the same as USA customers. Standard USPS First Class International Orders can take a month or more to deliver, but generally take two to three weeks in our experience. Each country's respective Customs Department has to clear the package for delivery, which varies from country to country. If you are interested in upgrading to expedited delivery services internationally, please send us a conversation before ordering. Prices vary based on location and service.

I Need My Order Made And Delivered Faster Than The Standard Production And Delivery Times. Can I Have My Order Produced And Delivered Faster?

Yes. We offer two services in order to accomplish this. Add either to your order.

EXPEDITED PRODUCTION ($20):

Your order will be shipped within seven business days via regular USPS First Class Mail.

EXPEDITED PRODUCTION WITH EXPRESS MAIL SHIPPING UPGRADE USA ONLY ($35):

Your order will be shipped within seven business days and will be delivered in one to two business days following shipment.

We can accommodate narrow timeframes depending on the time of year and current order volume. Please send us a conversation to discuss your specific delivery deadline.

Can I Cancel My Order Or Make A Correction After It Is Placed?

Yes. You must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Due to the personalized nature of our designs, once the work begins, there will be a 40% charge withheld from the refund in the event that you want to cancel or another 40% payment will be required to make corrections to the order.

How Do I Pay For My Order?

You can pay with either a credit or debit card at checkout or you can choose to pay with Paypal if you have an account.

What Is Your Return Policy?

We will gladly repair or replace your item if it arrives damaged. Please notify us immediately upon receiving the order.

Because our items are personalized, we deduct a 40% fee from the final refund in the event that you want to return your item. You must notify us within one week of receiving your order to receive an Return Authorization # and must mail the return back within a week. Return shipping is at the buyer cost and the original shipping fee is non-refundable. Item must be returned in the original packaging in unworn condition. Items sent back without RA # will be held pending a payment to return the item to you. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and issue the refund accordingly within three business days.

What If My Order Gets Lost?

USPS doesn't consider packages officially lost for 30 days domestic USA and 45 days internationally. Sometimes delivery can be heavily delayed and a package that appears to be lost is delivered unexpectedly. Therefore, we have to wait for those times to elapse before we can proceed with offering a refund replacement. If your package was insured, we cannot open a lot item claim until that time.

It the buyer responsibility to ensure that the shipping address on their Etsy account is accurate before placing the order. If we ship the package to an incorrect address, we cannot take responsibility for lost orders and we may require additional postage if the package is returned to us.

What If The Tracking Status Shows That My Package Is Delivered But I Didn't Receive It?

Etsy sends every buyer an email with a tracking # when their order ships. It is the buyer's responsibility to track the delivery status of the package so that any delivery issue can be addressed with the post office immediately after the status shows that the package was delivered. Many times the mail carrier can recollect and correct the issue within a day or two delivery. It is the buyer's responsibility to contact their local post office branch to inquire about a mishandled package.

If you live in an area or share a building where unsecured packages are in danger of theft, we can request that a signature be required at delivery. Please send us a conversation, as a fee will apply.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND CUSTOMS FEES

As in international buyer outside of the USA, your package may be subject to Customs Fees, also known as Import Fees, Duties or VAT. This money is collected at delivery by your local Customs office and is not collected by us at the time of sale nor do the proceeds go to us. You can find out more information about the potential fees involved through your country's Customs website. We do not provide estimates of potential Customs Fees. If you receive your order and do not claim the package because of these fees, you will be subject to our posted return policy when we receive the package back.
