Please note, USPS Priority Mail® packages may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. From two-day and three-day service commitments they are extended to three days and four days, respectively. To avoid any damage during transit, all orders are shipped inside a thermal bag with ice gel pads to protect your order. I don't expect the gel package to be frozen during all transit time, but will keep fresh the content.

5 out of 5 starsI didn't require customer service, but added this because the seller was quick, and provided good service. The cakes are small, but delicious. I enjoy having a small slice with my coffee in the AM, or with tea in the evening. Very good flavor

3 out of 5 starsI was looking forward to the Keto cakes. They are supper moist which is good they break apart well just the offer taste gets to me. The flavor is to strong with what it’s made of. The lemon cake was the best. Great packing came in a heat and cool bag and in a nice box. The look great but maybe I am to picky. I mean this with all the respect it’s hard to have a Business. It’s easy to say you don’t like something maybe it will be different for some one else. They look well made and there than the after taste they are great.

Care instructions
For my product confection, I use the purest ingredients possible. To ensure freshness, please refrigerate or freeze upon arrival. Bakes can me out of the fridge for up to 5 days, inside up to 2 weeks. Always covered to avoid any air damage.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Yes! I offer this service and many gift options are available. Please send me a message with the desired theme: birthday, holiday, etc, and I will make arrangements.

Lost, damaged, or delayed items?
As your package has insurance, you can file a domestic claim for your insured package! Each mail service has a different timeframe for filing. If your package arrives damaged or with missing contents, you may file a claim immediately directly with USPS. Do click here to submit your claim directly with USPS- https://www.usps.com/fileclaim
Damaged or Missing Contents
Your package has insurance up to $100. If your mailpiece arrives damaged or is missing items, you may file a claim immediately but must file no later than 60 days after the mailing date. Do click here to submit your claim directly with USPS- https://www.usps.com/fileclaim
Shipping & handling process
All treats are made to order and baked fresh each day up to 24 hours ahead of shipping to ensure they have enough time to cool before packaging but still arrive at you completely fresh. Then packaged and shipped inside an insulation bag with a gel pad to kept inside content cold. Package Ships Via USPS Priority Mail, so you can expect to receive your package in 2 or 3 days depending on your location. I don’t expect the gel package to be frozen during transit but will keep fresh the content.
Allergies
Please let me know if you have any food allergies. All our treats are made in a facility with eggs, nuts (almonds, peanuts, etc), and seeds. Exceptions can be made where possible. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me.
