Started eating Keto/Low carb last October. I feel SO much better! Love this ladie's YouTube channel and had to get this cookbook. Its easy to prepare, yummy foods that aren't the same old same old. Well worth it! :) PS- Her channel is very well rounded, full of real talk, funny, and awesome. If you want fake or hard to follow, this ain't it...enjoy!
