About

Scroll saw artist and pattern designer

My father used to scroll saw. I always thought is was cool, especially when he made me and my wife a wedding present using the scroll saw.
I really got involved in being a scroll saw artist after I became a stay at home dad and my father passed away. I have been married since September 11th 1993 and have 2 sons and a daughter. Once the kids were big enough to not need me so much, I got my dad's old saw out and started puttering around. I have made many presents for family and friends and enjoy doing that. Everyone keeps telling me how much they like my creations and encouraged me to sell, so here I am. I hope you will find something you enjoy.

Shipping
I try to ship items within two business days. I ship most items via First Class Mail for both quick delivery and careful handling of the package. I usually ship the larger and heavier items by UPS - I insure the most expensive items, at my cost.

I only ship to the confirmed address on the PayPal invoice. So Make sure your PayPal address is up to date..

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ:
Any orders shipped out of the U.S. can be subject to import customs duties, taxes and brokerage fees which are payable by the recipient (customer) on delivery. Unfortunately, I can't tell in advance what these charges will be as they are established by your own country's customs department.

Customs duty on imports to the UK are determined by the value (purchase price) of the merchandise and its import tax classification and could be as high as 30% of the total invoice value. Most goods arriving in the UK from outside of the EU are subject to any or all of the following imports charges:

* Customs Duty (Import Duty)
* Excise Duty
* Import VAT (Value Added Tax)
* Brokerage and/or Processing Surcharges

You are responsible and legally obliged to pay any and all import duties, taxes and/or brokerage charges that are incurred on the package you receive. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges and procedures prior to placing your order. You can find more details on these duties and taxes from your country's Revenue Website. In the UK it is at the official HM Revenue and Customs Website.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be 100 % satisfied. If you receive an item that is not what you expected, you may return it for a full refund if postmarked within seven (7) days after date of tracking number saying item was delivered, excluding the shipping charges both ways. If the item arrives damaged (or even missing), please let me know and we'll talk about what I can do to correct the situation, which could include a refund, repairs that I make, or a replacement if it isn't truly a one-of-a-kind item (sometimes I make items that are very similar but not exactly alike).

Please Note: If a package looks distressed please take a photo of the package before opening. This helps in quicker refunds if item is actually damaged.
Additional policies and FAQs
