1 out of 5 starsThe chair arrived with more than 3 weeks delay, the shipping company kept pushing back the delivery date
THE WORST PART was the quality of the chair, it came broken with a split in the wooden frame on each side making just sitting in the chair questionable wondering if the back of it would break & split. The chair was full of spots and accumulated dirt, making it obvious it was never wrapped or cleaned before shipping, the cushion does not belong to the chair because does not sit flush with the frame, might have been switched from another identical chair... The seller made NO ATTEMPT to help & denied the fact that it had a problem even after receiving pictures showing the spots and splits.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, in fact I would recommend instead SittinPrettybyMyleen in Miami FL selling the exact same merchandiseKrissy responded on Sep 18, 2020
This was just another attempt for Sophia to scam me out of money. She asked several times for a discount on this chair before she even purchased it. She asked ''Can you discount the price on the chair? Can you discount on the shipping? The chair is NOT broken/split as she claims. Sophia is describing the joints on each side of the chair when they are attached to the frame. The chair is listed as a vintage piece. NOT new but in overall good condition considering it's age from early 1900's. This chair is one of a kind and was used in weddings and special events and Sophia claims she thought it was NEW! Delay in delivery is due to death which I explained and have no control over . I arranged for another driver. A partial refund was offered. Unrealistic buyer!

Nothing more than a case of buyers remorse. The couch was sturdy and in excellent condition when it was picked up for delivery. The buyer didn't contact me until 2 days AFTER receiving the couch. If it was delivered in an unsatisfactory condition, delivery should have been denied. This case was escalated to Etsy support and Etsy closed the case in my favor. Buyer had no proof of visible damage. I also had written confirmation from the delivery guy stating there was no damage upon pick up or delivery. Case closed!
