Frequently asked questions
Is there a shipping discount for ordering multiple items?
Yes. Etsy will charge a separate shipping fee for each item ordered. If we ship the items in the same package however, we will refund the shipping overages.
What should I do if my package does not arrive?
For domestic (US) orders: If an order sent first class mail does not arrive within 5 business days of the date you receive notice that it was sent, please contact us. We will either re-send the order Priority Mail (with a tracking number) or refund the money.
All international orders are shipped with a tracking number.
