U.S. & U.S. Territories.....$2.70 + 20 cents each additional item
International.....................$7.75 + 95 cents each additional item
As soon as we get your order we will send it by First Class mail with delivery confirmation and a tracking number within 2 business days unless an unusual circumstance prevents this (illness, earthquake, etc.). Usually I have packages in the mail the next day (obviously except for Sundays and holidays.)
We ship all jewelry in a gift box to protect the item during shipping.
IF THIS IS A GIFT that you will give to the recipient, I'd be happy enclose some ribbon for the box and a mini gift card for you to sign. Just request it in the note to seller when you check out.
FOR GIFTS YOU WANT SENT TO THE RECIPIENT, please tell me in the note to seller that this is a gift going directly to the recipient, then put THEIR name and address in the shipping address. I will enclose a gift receipt that does not show the price, and if you like, I would be happy to enclose a small gift card with a message from you. But please tell me that this is going to the recipient and what you would like the note to say. (Sometimes peope just say "this is a gift for a friend" and I'm not sure if they're giving it to the person or sending it directly to them.) Please keep the message clean (no profanity, reference to drinking or drugs, etc.) or I will edit it.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: If for any reason the post office will not accept the package for shipment I will have to cancel your order. You are responsible for any taxes or duties incurred, and I'm sorry, but I can't be responsible for losses after I mail your package. At the moment I don't have any way of tracking international packages after they leave the U.S. without charging outrageous shipping fees. PLEASE do not ask me to mark this as a gift-I will not cheat the government, but that also means I would never cheat you, my customer. :)
Refunds and Exchanges
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: U.S. customers if you are not happy with your purchase you can return it within 30 days-no questions asked, and if it is in the same condition it was when I sent it to you I will give you a full refund, minus shipping charges. You have to pay the shipping to return it, but for a jewelry item sent First Class Mail, this will usually cost less than $2.
Sorry, I am not accepting returns for international customers.
NOTE: If anyone ever returns a pair of pierced earrings, we will put brand new ear wires on them before relisting them.
For any other problems related to the sale, please contact me and let's work it out instead of leaving negative feedback, or "opening a case". Those are supposed to be last resorts when the seller just wouldn't do anything to solve the problem, and I'm willing to do whatever I can to solve the problem. :)
Additional Policies and FAQs
CUSTOM ORDERS: We are temporarily unable to take custom orders or even requests for items not currently in stock. I will spare you the details of why :) , but if you add us to your circle and/or favorite our shop, you'll see in your activity feed when we restock and add new items. I'm really sorry about this, and I'm hoping it will change soon. You might check out my favorites for some awesome jewelry by other sellers.
