Announcement   Welcome to The Party Paper Fairy. We're glad you have stopped by our little shop.
As of 7/22 orders are on a 2-3 week turnaround time. If the order has to be shipped in under 2 weeks to arrive in time, there will be a rush fee applicable. The rush fee will be between $10-25 depending on the size of the order. (does not include balloons)

HANDMADE DECORATIONS: 2-3 weeks turnaround time or more depending on the current workload. Please provide the party date when placing your order.

INVITATIONS: Proofs are sent 1 - 2 business days of receiving the order or payment clearance, or photo/text, whichever is last (does not include weekends). If you placed an order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, you will receive the proof on Monday or Tuesday. They are then shipped within 3 business days of proof approval.

SHIPPING: Handmade orders are shipped via USPS priority mail or first class. Large orders are shipped USPS priority mail with signature required, no exceptions. It is left solely to the Party Paper Fairy's discretion as to how an order will be shipped. The tracking number will be sent in an e-mail to the e-mail address provided on the order. You can track your order right here on Etsy by clicking on the tracking number on your order confirmation page.

Every order will have a "SHIP BY" date on the order confirmation. Please check that before sending me a message with questions on shipping date.

*RUSH FEES

INVITATIONS: $10 to have your invitations shipped within 1 business day

HANDMADE ORDERS: $10 - $25 depending on the order.

Please contact me before placing a rush order so that I can let you know how much the rush fee will be.

COMMUNICATION
**ALL** communications will be sent via Etsy. Please refrain from sending e-mails to my regular e-mail address as I seldom check it and it is very difficult for me to keep track of requests, etc. using those mailboxes.

REFUNDS
Due to the custom nature of our items, no refunds will be given. If we've made a mistake on your order, we will do whatever we need to do to make it right. Please note that if your order shows "Delivered" with USPS, and you state that you did not receive it, no refund will be given. You will have to follow up with USPS for the lost package.

For the Love of Parties...

The Party Paper Fairy opened its shop on January 2011. At the time, I had no idea of the potential for my little shop. I am extremely grateful to be able to do something I enjoy, while being home with my children. It is definitely a double blessing.

I am forever grateful for all of my amazing customers, many of whom have been with me since the beginning. It is my pleasure to make the items for your children's birthday celebrations.

Here at PPF our main goal is to provide exceptional customer service. Lots of love and time goes in to the items we create and our hope is that you will see that when you receive your order. Payment is required through Paypal, although you do not need a Paypal account to pay. You may use a credit/debit card to complete your purchase through Paypal.
Shipping
Current TURNAROUND times are as follows:

2-3 weeks for handmade items at minimum. May be longer depending on number of orders received for a particular week. The Party Paper Fairy will not be held liable for any damages arising from the illegal use of photographs. It is the sole responsiblity of the customer to seek permission from the photographer to use copyrighted photographs.
