Refunds, exchanges, and re-cuts are offered automatically for any product arriving defective due to our manufacturing error free of charge.

Refunds and Exchanges are NOT available for USED decals. We are not responsible for buyer's installation errors.

We have a TOTAL SATISFACTION guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return any non-customized, unused decals to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping).

"Non-Customized" means any purchase cut in the size and color(s) shown in a listing regularly listed on in the shop and does NOT include personal customization such as names, dates, etc....

Exchanges are available for non-customized, UNUSED decals. We are always happy to do an exchange.

THE PROCESS:

1. Buyer must notify us via Etsy Converstations regarding a return or exchange.

2. Qualifying decal(s) must be returned per buyer's expense WITHIN 7 Days of receipt.

3. It is highly recommended that delivery confirmation be purchased for the return package to ensure delivery to us. This protects both buyer and seller.

4. Upon receipt of qualified decal(s) in our office a Refund or Exchange will be issued at the value of the original decal (less shipping costs). Shipping costs of the exchanged item will be at buyers expense.


Tiles, Signboards, and Glass Blocks arriving in perfect condition will not be refunded or exchanged.

Decals will be shipped once payment has been made and cleared through Paypal. Orders that have not been paid for after 3 days and no reply to convo's sent regarding payment will be voided.

*We ship all designs over 6” tall USPS Priority mail so you get your items FAST! (within USA)

*International orders ship First Class International. Expect shipping to take between 4-8 weeks. No tracking is available for First Class International postage.

*International customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT VINYL!

• All of our decals can be custom sized larger or smaller and we can add additional colors. Contact us for pricing!

• Be aware that color shows differently on different computer monitors. If you are trying to make an exact match or are unsure of colors, please contact us for actual color samples to be sent via mail.

• We can do custom design requests. If you have an idea of a custom design, contact us!

• Do be aware that many plastic items have micro texturing that will prohibit vinyl from adhering well.

•Vinyl is generally not dishwasher safe.

• Our decals generally can be used on slightly textured orange peel walls
(just as long as it is not grainy, sandy, or knock-down texturing)- however, this is not guaranteed as vinyl is designed specifically for smooth flat surfaces.

•Vinyl going on porous surfaces (such as tile) will take work to adhere and may not stick well. It is recommended that the design and object be sealed with Enviro-Tex for maximum durability.

•Vinyl going on wood should be sealed with several coats of Modge Podge or other sealing agent for longevity

•Vinyl going on canvas works best if several coats of paint are applied and cured, then vinyl applied, followed by coats of Modge Podge to seal.

• Allow freshly painted surfaces to cure approx 4 weeks before applying decals

• Decals MAY NOT adhere to surfaces painted with Teflon, stain guard, Low VOC, or VOC Free paint

• You can easily remove our decals from the wall without damaging the paint. On a rare occasion some paint treatments may need touch up after decals are removed.
(you cannot reuse them)

•Wall graphics need to be applied in a timely manner, preferably within 2 weeks of receiving your shipment. The longer the vinyl sits after being cut, the harder it becomes to release from the backing paper and transfer tape can lift, creating air bubbles, which can complicate application.
