Accepted payment methods

Forms of payment accepted: Currently, JUST PAYPAL!

Payment is to be made immediately at the time of purchase if possible. If after 3 days payment is not received and no communication is received regarding your order and/or payment, I will cancel the sale to recoup my fees. Thanks for your understanding.
Shipping
All paintings are started as soon as payment is received. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for completion of painting and shipment, though it could be much sooner. I will send you an email as soon as your painting has been sent!

All paintings are carefully packaged and shipped to you to ensure you receive it in mint condition!

I'm happy to include gift notes with your purchase if it is to be shipped directly to a gift recipient. Let me know of any special requests in the "Message To Seller" box upon checkout.

**Note: Pretty please! Be sure to send me your correct mailing address so I can get your items to you promptly. I will ship your purchases to your ETSY address unless you let me know otherwise. THANKS!!**

For international orders, please convo me so I may calculate shipping for you, as the rates vary per country.
Refunds and Exchanges
Cancellations will ONLY be accepted if the order has NOT been shipped. Once shipped, it is too late.

Refunds or exchanges are processed on a case-by-case-basis and are available for items which arrive damaged only. If your item arrives damaged, I will ask you to take a photograph and return it to me in the original packaging.

**Any return shipping fees and postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.**
