PayPal is my main method and I accept it from all countries :)
Your photographs will be sent in a special non-bendable flat pack.
Posters will be rolled and sent in an cylindrical package to minimise postal costs.
All costs within the shipping category cover postal fees and packing equipment (such as envelopes, plastic covering, special photography postal packages, etc.).
Refunds and Exchanges
*Change of mind refunds are limited to the price of the item bought and do not include postage fees either for original postage or return postage. It will be up to the buyer to provide the return postage fee, however....
* In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, KimDot will take responsibility for original and return postage (if we do ever make that mistake we feel you shouldn't have to pay for our shortcomings).
*Damage or breakage queries will need to be proven with photos emailed to our customer support before action will be taken. Please do not post any items back before we inspect the photographs. If we feel the item has been neglected we will not issue a refund.
*Photographs may be returned within 30 days of purchase but will be subject to a 25% restock fee. If you would like an exchange you will not be charged extra, but you must provide postage.
*Please be advised that with photographs the colour may vary in real life as internet browsers and monitors will display different shades depending on the owner's personal calibration and settings.
*If a different size of photograph is required please be aware that cropping may occur making the photo slightly different to the display photo. Some detail may be removed.
Due to these circumstances these queries cannot fall under the 'if not as described' policy.
These are our policies and are in place to try to protect us from scammers as well as trying to be as fair as possible to the buyer. However, should we feel the need to go the extra mile to help you out for any reason, we will do our best if you are a nice, positive, cooperative person. Don't be mean!
